I provide online life coaching sessions and digital coaching materials. Coaching is not therapy, and does not include medical, legal, or financial advice.

Services are intended for adults seeking personal or professional development. Clients are responsible for ensuring that coaching is appropriate for their needs.

All payments are processed through Stripe in USD. Payment must be completed before sessions or digital materials are delivered. Program details and pricing are available on the Programs page.

All sessions occur online by video or phone. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

While I’m committed to your growth, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Your privacy is important. All personal information and session details are kept confidential as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
